I started attending Unified Fitness when I got NDIS funding for Exercise Physiology sessions to assist with my neurological condition.
The Exercise Physiology sessions with Lynsey have increased my motivation towards sport and exercise. It has helped me understand my capabilities. It has particularly improved my balance and co-ordination. I feel fitter, stronger and happier!!!!
