The Springys Player Performance Program has been devised with young athletes (10 to 19 years) in mind, the program is for athletes who want to gain an edge on the competition by providing unique benefits to players’ core strength leading to increased postural awareness, flexibility, stability, mindfulness and cardiovascular conditioning.
Commencing with an initial assessment, players undergo a structural assessment and a battery of movement tests to gauge injury potential, movement capabilities and areas for improvement.
Tailored for the individual, a script of exercises is prescribed by Unified Fitness Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists, using the unique Springys equipment for progressive improvements over an eight week period. At the end of the program another assessment is conducted to gauge improvements.
Report findings at the beginning and end of the program individually score participants’ range of motion, provide detailed interpretations and highlight program goals/results.
