– You will be introduced to the art & science of Pilates fundamentals in practice.
– Your profile of needs will be established through consideration of relevant health parameters and exercise preference, providing recommendation to assist you to reach your goals.
Private Pilates Sessions –
– An application of clinical pilates principles and practice.
– We focus on your individual needs tailoring repetoire to suit your body and goals.
– Private sessions are solo or duet and are of 30 or 60 minute duration allowing for flexible scheduling at times most convenient to you.
Semi Private –
– Sessions maintain a clinical framework through pre screening and individual needs analysis.
– Sessions are progressed according to each individual’s respective rate of progress.
– Experience the benefit of a tailored workout whilst enjoying a small group setting at a more affordable cost.
