The different classes available enable a variety of benefits and experiences including; strength, cardiovascular conditioning, and muscular endurance. Our experienced instructors will be able to provide options for beginners/advanced participants and those with injuries.
Session format varies to include circuit, strength, cardiovascular, boxing or tabata style training. Classes are scheduled and run every day at peak times enabling you to commit to routine exercise participation. Sessions run for 55 minutes and classes have a maximum of 12 participants.
