How is it monitored:

  • Weigh-in, waist & hip circumference on week 1, 6 and 10. Pre and post photographs an encouraged option for those serious game players!!
  • Fitness components & Attendance will be recorded on the leader scoreboard displayed at Unified Fitness.

*Prizes to be won for 1st & 2nd place!!!
